Allen Edmonds Leather Convertible Bag

Allen Edmonds leather convertible briefcase/backpack bag. Tan colored, baseball glove-like leather with durable brass accents.  Can be worn as a briefcase/laptop bag via the adjustable leather/brass strap or a backpack with the attached (storable) leather/brass straps, both of which can be interchanged using the brass clips on each. It can also simply be carried via the two leather handles at the top of the bag. Numerous pockets for ample storage. Two pockets on the front can be accessed via zippers and includes storage for pens, supplies, and electronics. A small top pocket near the handles on the outward side, can be used for quicker items such as wallet or keys when on the move, secured magnetically.  Two internal compartments include storage for more supplies, documents and a laptop. The main compartment has ample room to expand to fit your needs. Laptop compartment can be secured with a buttoned clasp. These two inner compartments can further be secured with a zipper on the top of the bag.  Another small pocket on the outward side at the top near the handles, can also be used for loose or convenient storage, also secured magnetically. The rear zipper pocket holds the backpack straps when not in use, or the shoulder strap depending, but can also be used for other, minimal, storage if needed.  Great condition with a few marks adding to the characteristic of this heirloom piece.  Purchased from St. Louis Allen Edmonds in 2016.
