Vtg 1950s Pennsylvania 1st ed Cookbook - Regional Cuisine American Recipes

Great American recipes from Bucks County, PA. This cookbook is the 1st edition printed in 1950 (2nd printing) and features Americana fare such as Orange Biscuits, Squirrel Pie and Corn Fritters. Each recipe has the owners signature for a personal touch.  Excellent vintage condition, spiral comb rings are intact, some paper wear here and there.  It was compiled as a community fundraiser to help fund the expansion of the historic chapel.  Artistic Heritage: It features black-and-white pen-and-ink sketches from 24 prominent Bucks County artists, including renowned regional figures like Daniel Garber and Ranulph Bye.  The original first edition of this book was published in 1950 by the Women's Auxiliary of Trinity Chapel (now Trinity Episcopal Church) in Solebury, Pennsylvania.  From a non-smoking home.
