Description
This is a cookbook by the Nashville Area Home Economics Association. Although I can not locate a definitive date the year 1985 has been associated with the book. This book is not only full of recipes for everything from banana bread to chicken gumbo it also has many sketches of historical places around the Cumberland region and descriptions of those places. No marks or writing was found in the book but the cover of the book does have some light soiling and a place on the back where a sticker was once present. The book is over 300 pages long.
