Beautiful vintage Designed by Sylvia New York women's dress/derby hat made in the USA. This striking hat features a deep purple/black wool body with a sculptural rounded crown and wide brim. The brim is accented with bold red and yellow grosgrain ribbon bands, while the crown has a coordinating purple ribbon.
