Bill Campbell SIGNED 11.5" Northern Lights Bowl Rare Crysalline Sunburst Center

Wheel thrown and with his signature crystalline glaze, this bowl has deep cobalt/blue feathering around the edges, a cream interior and pronounced flower-like center. Bill Campbell made his crystalline glaze himself and the crystals actually grow in the kiln when the glaze and firing is right. Larger than most of his pottery, this bowl is exceptionally dramatic. Sometimes called his Northern Lights series, the bottom is as beautiful at the top. Signed with his characteristic incised signature, it's a piece of art and rivals his museum pieces. Truly, the photos don't capture the full beauty. Perfect condition! 11.5 x 3.5
