Antique Louis XV Style Cast Brass Mantel Clock 18" Bell Strike Key Pendulum

Ornate antique Louis XV-style / Rococo Revival mantel clock featuring a substantial, heavy cast metal case weighing approximately 9.8 lbs with elaborate scrolling foliate decoration, pierced latticework, urn-form finial and four scrolled feet.  The clock measures approximately 18 tall and features a white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and red decorative accents. Spring-driven time-and-strike movement with bell strike.  Includes winding key and detached pendulum with adjustable bob. Pendulum bob is marked 6620.  Condition: Pre-owned antique condition with age-related wear, patina, surface discoloration and oxidation throughout the metal case. The enamel dial shows visible hairlines/age lines.
