The Mabe ring is quite interesting. The pearl is actually a cultured pearl. These pearls grow against the shell of a mollusk. It takes about 3 years for a cultured pearl to grow to this size. The Mabe pearl makes the ring very unique. Also, the amethyst & garnets make the ring more valuable. Finally, the unique design (putting all the pieces together) on Sterling Silver makes it a one of a kind. It really attracts a lot of attention & it makes a fantastic conversational piece.
