John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous England Antique Floral Covered Tureen

Antique John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous covered tureen made in England. It has a white glazed finish with delicate violet flowers, green leaves, raised scroll details and gold trim. The ornate side handles and handled lid give it a great old English look. Measures approximately 11 inches handle to handle and 5 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lid. A nice display or serving piece for an antique china collection.  John Maddock & Sons Royal Vitreous, covered tureen with matching lid, violet floral decoration, green foliage, gold trim, raised scrollwork, ornate side handles, scalloped edges, footed oval shape and glossy white finish.  Good antique condition with normal wear from age and use. There is noticeable wear and loss to the gold trim, especially around the handles and edges, along with some small spots and surface marks. I do not see any obvious major cracks or large chips in the photos. Please look closely at all photos as they are part of the condition description.  Due to the weight this item cannot be bundled.
