This charger has a sticker that says hand decorated 10k rim.  This plate is heavy duty and in excellent condition.  This plate measures approximately 14 in diameter.  There may be some light scratches, but this set has never been used.  In some areas it looks as though the gold trim maybe thinning.  This could be because the 3-dimensional design making it hard to decorate since it is done by hand.  These areas are a little harder to see because of the design of the plate.  In my opinion these areas do not take away from the beauty or function of this plate.  In my opinion, this will not disappoint.  There are no, chips, cracks, stains or utensil marks on this dish.
