Vintage Navy Embroidered Bermuda Bag Wood Handle Mother of Pearl Buttons

Beautiful vintage Bermuda bag featuring a dark navy fabric cover with detailed dimensional floral embroidery and genuine-looking mother-of-pearl shell buttons.  The embroidered bouquet features pink dimensional roses, yellow and lavender flowers, greenery, and a blue bow. The scalloped navy cover attaches to the distinctive solid wood frame with buttons—a classic feature of vintage Bermuda bags, which were designed with interchangeable fabric covers.  Approximately 8” wide with a small handbag/clutch-style opening. Hinged wooden frame with an unusual integrated wooden closure.  The navy embroidered version appears to be much harder to find than the more commonly seen white/ivory versions of this design.  Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear and discoloration/patina to the wooden frame. Fabric and embroidery present beautifully overall. Please review all photos for condition.
