Rare VTG Iliac Golf Soft Black Leather Belt USA Made Unbranded Gripper Buckle

Up for sale is a rare, vintage piece of premium golf luxury from Iliac Golf. Known for their high-end, handmade golf gear out of Carlsbad, California, this early-generation soft leather performance belt is an incredible find for any golf style enthusiast or collector. This specific model features a sleek, minimalist unbranded industrial gripper/friction-clamp buckle. Rather than relying on traditional belt holes, the clamp mechanism allows you to micro-adjust the belt to the exact perfect fit between swings. The authentic Iliac Golf crest logo tag is beautifully preserved and securely stitched near the buckle, serving as definitive proof of its high-end pedigree. Measures 43.5 from end to end including buckle and is 1-1/4 wide. Condition Notes * Strap: Genuine soft leather with no tears, cracks, stains, or edge peeling. * Buckle: Fully functional, strong clamp mechanism with smooth mechanical action. * Note on Wear: There are normal, light cosmetic indentations in a small section of the soft leather where the gripper teeth naturally latch. This is completely standard for this style of vintage mechanism and does not affect the structural integrity or beauty of the leather. Please see the detailed photos.
