Charming vintage Saks Fifth Avenue miniature hinged trinket or pill box, Made in Italy. Features a richly textured gold-tone finish with a woven/basketweave-style pattern and vivid cobalt blue enamel accents across the lid. The interior retains the original oval Made in Saks Fifth Avenue Italy label, and the piece is also stamped MADE ITALY. Interior is additionally marked 50. Measures approximately 1.25 inches across. Hinged lid opens as shown. Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear. There is visible finish wear, discoloration/patina, small areas of verdigris/oxidation, and wear/loss to portions of the blue enamel.
