Vntg Silverplate Monteith-Style Lion's Head Bowl Ring Handles Japan Made Ornate

Vintage tarnish-protected silverplate decorative bowl by Holiday Imports, Inc., San Francisco, California, made in Japan.  An impressive ornate design featuring raised lion-head mounts with dangling ring handles, a fluted bowl, elaborate floral and scroll detailing, scalloped crown-style rim and pedestal base. The original Holiday Imports paper label remains attached to the underside.  Approximate measurements:  Height: 4 1/4  Diameter across opening: approximately 5  Vintage pre-owned condition with substantial tarnish, spotting, oxidation and surface wear/patina throughout, as shown. It has not been polished, which allows the buyer to decide whether to retain the aged patina or clean it. Please review photographs closely for condition.
