Gorgeous vintage Y2K Victoria's Secret semi-sheer mesh balconette bra in a dreamlike pastel baby blue. Beautiful construction combining polka dot mesh lower cups with intricate floral lace uppers. Finished with beautiful cream/ivory woven ribbon details, center front tie, and dual side bows on the adjustable straps.
