This is the PLACEBO LAYZ POTATO, a Japan-limited performance board for small waves designed by Mayhem.
It adds higher drive and maneuverability to the ease of riding of the COUCH POTATO. Its features are as follows:

Overwhelming Small Wave Performance: Suitable for small waves up to overhead. It's easy to generate speed even on mushy or thick waves, and paddling is extremely comfortable.
Fast Takeoff: The round nose and full volume design allow for incredibly fast takeoffs.
High Maneuverability: The tail features a two-stage wing, enabling quick turns even with a shorter length.
Durability & High Performance: Made with DURA-FLEX5 material, it is durable, resistant to sunburn, lightweight, and has high responsiveness.
