Description
This is a set of parts and screws to hold the rotation of the dial on a Mitutoyo dial caliper. We will send the black parts and screws shown in the second photo.
I made this for repairing my own caliper, so I'm listing it in case anyone else needs it. The item I found on Amazon is called Dial Caliper Washer Bezel Clamp with Screws and sells for around 3,400 yen. Since these are custom-made parts, I've set an affordable price.
These parts were 3D printed based on the original black plastic parts. They are made of ABS. The screws are M2.6.
We have confirmed that they can be used with No. 505-633 150mm calipers and No. 505-634 200mm calipers. We do not know if they will fit 300mm calipers or calipers from other manufacturers.
The genuine parts also do not hold tightly. These are parts designed to prevent rotation with a light touch. Please understand this point.
