Description
Made from natural rice straw, this product is ideal for creating a suitable environment for Matsumushi to lay eggs.
It is breathable and sized for easy handling within a breeding case.
It can also be used for layout, as a perch, or as a hiding place.
This is an egg-laying substrate for Matsumushi, made from rice straw cut to approximately 3 cm in diameter and 20 cm in length.
Matsumushi are known to lay their eggs in the stems of gramineous plants.
If you see gnaw marks on the rice straw, it is likely that eggs have been laid.
As this is a handmade item, there may be slight variations in thickness and length.
We appreciate your understanding.
