This beeswax wax is made from 100% natural ingredients: domestic beeswax harvested in Nagano, Gifu, and Hokkaido, linseed oil, and cedar extract. It can be safely used in households with small children.
As the drying oil, linseed oil, and beeswax penetrate wood and leather, they form a thin protective film on the surface, protecting flooring, woodwork, leather goods, and more.
Linseed oil has long been used for oil finishing of furniture and musical instruments, but it actually has a unique odor. Therefore, our company extracts cedar extract into linseed oil using a hot immersion method to reduce the odor. Any remaining scent will disappear within a few hours to a day after application.
Products manufactured in winter may develop cracks on the surface of the wax due to rapid cooling at low temperatures. This does not affect the quality, so please use with confidence.
Beeswax wax may fade to a whitish color in about 6 months. This is a phenomenon caused by beeswax fading due to UV rays and does not affect the quality. Also, if stored unused for a long period, a thin film may form on the surface. This is a film formed by solidified linseed oil and can be removed for normal use.
