These black patent Cesare Paciotti are a rare find in this condition . They have a 5.5 stiletto heel and a 1.5 platform . Red insoles .They have a caged look that comes up to the ankle and a short zipper on the back of each shoe for added detail and better fit . These are vintage 2015 and were over 1000$ retail . Please see photos . I tried to show all signs of wear . They look even better live ! EXCELLENT CONDITION ( other than soles ) . Same day ship !
